All necessary steps are put in place : Evaluation of the need and ROI; book of the specifications; tests and choice of smartglasses with field technicians; choice of software provider from selected appropriate profiles; and pre-tests in real and computer integration into the existing system.  Transarc implemented their new scheme in less than 6 months and obtained an effective deployment.
